Quotas have really destroyed South African sport, so much to the extent that they are now World Champions in both Rugby and Cricket.

Can't tell if this sarcasm, but it is not remotely the same thing.

Zim force quotas regardless of talent. The players getting picked for SA are generally worthy of their spot.

I don't really believe South Africa has quota players anymore, there isn't anyone in their test xi that doesn't deserve to be there.

SA’s average over the course of the year rather than a set number of players every game is far more sensible. They can play who they want when they need a result and make up the numbers to hit the targets in less important games. Anyone operating a quota system should be following that model

Yes, it has worked out. Perhaps we'll see an all-African XI against Zimbabwe?

Same thing that ZC thought they would get a positive result against New Zealand in the 2nd Test..

It’s not the same thing at all ZC don’t have a quota system

What a win for South Africa in Kolkata. Always good to see India's pitch antics backfire.

It was great to watch. Good to see Buvama make those crucial runs after everything that happened in the first innings.

South Africa no longer follow any transformation targets. They are quite simply playing their best XI. Except may be in a few meaningless T20 bilaterals.
