Will The ICC give Zimbabwe it's due, and finally extend the WTC 2027/2029 to its only 12 Full Member Nations

I think I'd give it between a 65% and 75% chance of Zimbabwe
being included. Frankly if Ireland and Afghanistan are far too
concerned due to financial constraints to be included. I then
personally don't see a reason for Zimbabwe to be not let in.
Regardless of what anyone says about the Zimbabwean
Cricket Board, they have shown their willingness to actually
Initiative to be included. Historically Zimbabwe should've been
included by now, but it's by design so the ICC can some how
figure out a way to use it to their advantage. Apart from the
iCC funding and other perks in terms of qualifications if ranked high enough automatically to different crucial and financially rewarding
ICC tournaments etc, etc.

I have several more reasons why, but I'd like to hear others
Views on this. It did seem like it was happening at one point
earlier in the year, but delays in meetings due to the war in the
middle east. So the ICC cancelled and couldn't therefore travel
To Qatar for a crucial ICC meeting in regards to the impending
Expansion of the WTC to go from 9 Nations to 12 Nations.

I believe all the test teams should be in the cycle.

Might be controversial but I think host nations can nominate 4 or 5 day tests to save money.

Zimbabwe should be included, regardless of Ireland or Afghanistan getting their acts together.

I agree, I think Zimbabwe can clearly host 3 series of 2 match tests during a 2 year cycle. It's literally 6 Tests each year. Not
that many in my opinion. I'm not sure I believe that 1 off tests should have absolutely full points for a win as even a 2 test series, that could be controversial. The ICC needs to start putting a stronger emphasis on the future of cricket internationally not just about what changes benefit India vs Pakistan.. Because the ways it's going Pakistan won't be even playing cricket by next year, with all the problems they're dealing with currently.
