I need to see an article that this is a thing and not just word of mouth. I saw that poorly written quote on the 1st page but I don't buy it. Can those on the ground attest to the fact he's keen for a comeback?

I don't know anything about soccer but ZIFA have just had their vote and the guy who won was being bankrolled by Sir Wicknell who promised all 50 voters a brand new fancy car each if they voted his way.
That's how you do it in this neck of the woods.
